Terms and Conditions
1. The rules of the game are very simple. They are described in the 'How it Works' tab.
2. As we indicated there: 'Please note that once the 1vs1 Battle Rooms or Arena Battleground has been played, it cannot be reversed. Everything is on the blockchain. All transfers are made automatically to individual wallets; we have no control over this, as these are smart contracts. If you have won, congratulations; if you have lost, try again, you may be luckier next time. We are keeping our fingers crossed for everyone. There is no point in writing about any refunds or complaints, because we do not have access to other people's wallets. We do not even know who they are.'
3. Having said that, we would also like to point out that
a. We do not collect any cookies.
i. We don't care where you are from, who you are, what browser you use, or any other tracking data. We don't have anything connected, not even analytics for traffic. Just enjoy and win.
ii. We do not collect any data other than that which is publicly displayed on the blockchain, i.e. the addresses of wallets participating in the competition, stakes, prize pools, links to ETHscan.
4. Remember that you play at your own risk. Games are random, there is always a winner, and that's it.
5. We operate as an independent, anonymous entity in web3. We have automated the entire portal so that it works fairly and for your fun. We have cut operating costs to the bare minimum. Enjoy and have fun.
6. If for any reason there is an error, glitch, transaction problem due to blockchain, etc., please email us at onewinner.support@atomicmail.io - be sure to include the following information (all of it):
a. your wallet address - this is the only way we will be able to know which game/transaction you are referring to
i. Please remember that it would be best if you created a new/random email account and wrote from it. We do not want to know your first name, last name, nickname, or anything else that could lead to your identity being revealed. It is your responsibility not to share this information with us. The wallet address alone is sufficient for us.
b. the exact time and date when the error occurred on our website.
i. Please indicate your time zone.
c. a description of the problem. The more detailed, the better. There is a person on the other side who needs to understand how to help you (without calling or texting you).
